Rev. H. M. Middleton received a note this morning from Rev. S. B. Town, at Greencastle, in which he stated that the wife of Dr. A. A. Gee died at that city yesterday morning and that the funeral would take place tomorrow at 2 o’clock. Mrs. Gee had been ill some days with catarrhal pneumonia. Mr. Gee was once stationed here at the Methodist Church, and his wife’s many friends will be grieved to learn of her death. - s

The Rev. Dr. A. A. Gee, formerly pastor of the Methodist Church in this city, died Wednesday night last, at Raton, New Mexico, where he had charge of a Missionary station. The remains were brought to Greencastle for burial. Rev. Gee was a successful and powerful minister and during his years of health was a prominent and leading figure in the Northwest Indiana Conference.
